One Seed, One Tree

A seed from a Wild Chinese Elm tree.  Thousands and thousands fly off of our Elm Trees covering our yard like a blanket.  The winds carry most of them away and the others we try to rake.  It takes several months for them to disappear and some remain and a tree appeasr, usually where you do not want them to grow. We have a couple of elm trees left in our yard which are about eighty years old. They have beautiful shade but they are a double edge sword.  They are very messy trees but I do love them.  They break our backs cleaning up after them! ha
